Vintage sew-on Nena - 'Smiling' Photo Patch

They are unusual patches, they are a photo that has been incorporated into a patch. They were made many years ago, but are in very good condition for their age, although the backs have become a little discoloured from their time in storage and the stitching at the corners is not always complete. This was quite common with this sort of patch made back in the day

Photo patches are designed to be water, grease and tear proof, but we wouldn't recommend washing them!
