Vintage sew-on Kajagoogoo 'Group' Patch. This is an unusual patch, it is a photo that has been incorporated into a patch. This sort of patch was only made for a short time in the 1980's

The stitching at the corners is not always complete. This was quite common with this sort of patch made back in the day
