Vintage sew-on Culture Club - 'Top Hats' Patch. This is an unusual patch, it is a photo that has been incorporated into a patch. This sort of patch was only made for a short time in the 1980's

The backs have become a little discoloured from their time in storage and the stitching at the corners is not always complete. This was quite common with this sort of patch made back in the day
