POSTAGE AND PACKING / DELIVERY
UK DELIVERY
The UK delivery cost is £1.50. We send most orders by First Class Post. Sometimes heavier parcels will be sent by Standard Parcel Post or Second Class Post due to postage costs. We endeavour to despatch your order either on the date of order or the next working day (customers sending a cheque by post, should allow 7 working days for the cheque to clear), however please allow 7-10 working days for delivery. Deliveries are normally made by Royal Mail.
Please note: Because delivery is by Royal Mail, F & F Promotions - Rock by Mail cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the postal system.
EUROPE DELIVERY
Due to new regulations introduced by the European Union, we are no longer able to ship any of our merchandise to countries within the E.U. or to Northern Ireland. At the moment we can still ship to non E.U. countries; Norway, Switzerland, etc. We always endeavour to despatch your order either on the date of order or the next working day, however please allow 7-14 working days for delivery. Deliveries are normally initiated through Royal Mail and onwards through your own national postal system.

REST OF THE WORLD DELIVERY - This includes USA, Canada and Australia
The delivery cost to the rest of the world is £4.50. We will endeavour to despatch your order either on the date of order or the next working day, however please allow 7-21 working days for delivery. Sometimes delivery can be even longer if goods are held in customs for inspection. Deliveries are normally initiated through Royal Mail and onwards through your own national postal system.
