This is a Howard Jones Concert Scarf from the 80's
They are made from some sort of synthetic silky type material and printed on both sides. Sometimes the print quality is not that good, but this is how they were made back in the 1980's. Although these scarves are many years old, but they are new and have never been used
They are approximately 38" x 5.5" (96cm x 14cm)
